Is this just a sales pitch for your other services?
No. The roadmap is vendor-neutral and yours to execute with anyone. About half our consulting clients hire us to build; the other half go in-house — both outcomes are fine with us.
How much time does it need from our team?
Roughly 6–8 hours of interviews across two weeks, scheduled around your operation. We do the heavy lifting.
We’re a small business. Is this overkill?
We run a lighter one-week version for SMEs focused on the top three opportunities only. Same rigour, smaller scope, smaller fee.
What does the consultation cost?
