About

“Thira” means wave.
We build the ones that work for you.

An AI automation agency born in Kochi, working across India and the Gulf — founded on one conviction: the businesses that answer first, follow up always, and never re-type data will quietly beat everyone who doesn’t.

The story

Started with one clinic’s unanswered WhatsApp

In 2021, a family friend’s clinic in Kochi was losing patients it never knew it had — enquiries arriving at night, answered the next afternoon, booked elsewhere by morning. We built them an agent that replied in seconds. Bookings jumped within a month, and the front desk finally went home on time.

Word travelled the way it does in Kerala. The clinic told an exporter; the exporter told a cousin with a brokerage in Dubai. Today we’re a team of engineers, conversation designers and operations people across Kochi and Dubai, with 140+ systems shipped for businesses from Thiruvananthapuram to Riyadh.

We’ve stayed an agency, not a software product, on purpose: every business leaks time and leads in its own particular way. Our job is to find your version of the leak — and build the system that closes it for good.

How we operate

Four rules we don’t break

Numbers before narratives

We baseline before we build and report after we launch. If we can’t measure it, we won’t sell it to you.

You own everything

Accounts, code, workflows, documentation — all yours. Clients stay because the numbers improve, not because leaving is painful.

Humans stay in the loop

AI answers the routine so your people can handle the meaningful. Every system we ship has a clear path to a human — and clear limits on what the machine may decide alone.

Honest “no” over easy “yes”

If automation won’t pay back, we say so on the first call. Around a third of our consultations end with us recommending against a build. Those people send us referrals.
