The money questions

Why “from” prices instead of a fixed menu?

Because a WhatsApp agent for a single clinic and one for a 40-branch retailer are different projects. Every engagement gets a fixed, written price after a scoping call — before any commitment. The figures above are honest floors, not teaser rates.

What about software and API costs?

Third-party costs (WhatsApp API, AI usage, platform subscriptions) are billed at cost, transparently, in your own accounts. We take no hidden margins on tools, and you keep every account if we part ways.

Do you offer payment terms?

Yes — typically 50% to begin and 50% at launch for sprints; milestone-based for larger builds. GCC clients can contract and pay through our UAE entity.

What if it doesn’t work?

We baseline your numbers before building, so “working” is defined in writing. If a launched system misses the agreed benchmark, we keep tuning at our cost until it hits — that has been our policy since day one.
